My name is Patrick Richadson and I love making video games.  You could say it all started when I was 10 years old and got involved with quite a popular game called StarCraft.  Included with this futuristic RTS was a powerful tool called Campaign Editor.  With this Campaign Editor I learned the basic fundamentals of logic and programming.  Three years later I stumbled upon an IDE known as Game Maker.  Ever since then I knew designing and developing video games was something I will always love to do!

 

After high school I served in the United States Air Force for 8 years working mostly with computers and cutting-edge technologies.  It was not until 2010 that I started getting back into game development after stumbling upon Unity, the IDE that helped fabricate most of my recent projects such as Havoc Heroes, Cosmicube, etc.

 

Having left the military in 2014 I’m now a full-time student at Louisiana State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science with a double minor in mathematics and Chinese Mandarin.  I continue to work on my game development projects as time permits, and hope to continue to find time as life goes on.

 

When it comes to game development I’m an avid fan of procedural generation and almost all of my projects incorporate some level of content generation, such as Havoc Heroes!
